Brie + Bread

So I'm planning on my husband bringing a big hunk of brie and a foot-long baguette to the hospital when we have Rachel so I can scarf it the second she comes out.

Prep Bowls


I've spent the past four years as a Pampered Chef consultant and am in love with all of the products that The Pampered Chef provides. Our kitchen is full of amazing gadgets and each one helps us prepare and complete our meals efficiently.

The 1-cup Prep Bowls are the one product that I could not live without! They are perfect for storing leftovers or measuring ingredients. Each bowl comes with a lid which helps for storage in the fridge (stacking works great!) I also use them for eating my "Cheesecake in a Cup" :)

Cheesecake in a Cup

Happy June! My first recipe is a delicious dessert that has less than half the calories of a slice of ordinary cheesecake.

Ingredients:

*1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese

*1 tsp Vanilla Extract

*1 Packet Stevia Sweetner (any sweetner will work! :)

*A Sprinkle of Mini Chocolate Chips**


Combine Ricotta Cheese, Vanilla Extract and Sweetner in a small bowl. Add chocolate chips and enjoy! <3


**Instead of Chocolate Chips, you can add Coconut Flakes, Nuts, Sprinkles, M&M's, Cherries or other fruit; make it your own! :)
